Can they be removed since the judgments have been levied? And if they can't be removed, how will they affect him? The whole lawfare was illegal, after all.

I understand that the DOJ has pulled back and ditched Smith as a prosecutor for the federal charges. But I'm wondering about the New York charges. That prosecutor needs a muzzle.
