I remember an encounter I had at HomeDepot one time, it was a lady set up at a table right as you entered the store. She asks me if I drink tap water. I told her no, I drink filtered water built into the fridge. She said, those aren't good, they strip out everything in the water that is beneficial like trace minerals. I said I get plenty of nutrients from my diet, I'm not going to rely on my water to nourish me. She said, the filter I have also filters out the fluoride in my water. I said, great, I don't want to drink any fluoride. She said it helps with our teeth. I said I'd rather just keep brushing my teeth, than drink it.
