Why cant they print ballots with the name and address already on the ballot for the person voting. This should be easy enough and if for some reason they lose their ballot they have to show all kinds of ID and go through scrutiny to get it replaced if it is too close to election day.

The requirement is for a secret vote. No identifying information on the ballot.
