I disagree with this. This is how juries get biased and can end up getting a perp off. Gag it, go to trial, let the evidence speak for itself. I'm tired of this jury by popular opinion crap. Look what happened to trump twice! I think Irish law requires gags until after a case for this reason. We need something like this here.
