I disagree. The world is now in the situation it is in because of the FAILED leadership of men, i.e. a failure to lead.

Yes, Men failed. No one is perfect. Everyone can be corrupted, men and women.

Merit based leadership. Prove who you are and that you are worthy.

Men should not be automatically held to a higher standard just because they happened to be born with XY chromosomes. Same could be said for skin color. If you leave out half the population of humanity that can do some good in this world for a "just because" reason, we fail as a whole.
