He was never convicted and there’s not enough time to pull that off before inauguration so either there’s another angle on it or they’ll just ignore the law. Neither approach would be surprising.

I think it’s obvious they loath the Constitutiion and care nothing about laws. Up until now getting caught has been their only concern, now its facing justice.
