Babies Born to British Mothers Falls by 25 Per Cent over 15 Years

The ONS revealed that the number of babies born to British mothers fell to a record low, collapsing by 25 per cent over the past 15 years.

I don't understand that either. I'm a guy and I digress a little here, but watching my wife give birth was pretty remarkable. Putting that newborn into her arms never failed to remove any question of going through a pregnancy and lift her spirits in an amazing way.
