People seek accountability. Bureaucrat civil service send the civil service riot squad.

They will arrest some people as examples and bring them to a civil service judge, who will sentence them to prison where they will be detained by the civil service prison officers.

Civil service Police will always protect their highest allegiance, their paycheques.
