Id like a new City the specialized in LIVE music. There are no cell phones in music venues. So you can hear new music that is not on the Internet. Then you can buy the music. You could invite all types musicians to live at the Center of the City. It would be a Vibrant downtown. There would be no violence or crime. You could only enter Music City by invite and if you do anything to diminish the good Vibes, you are asked to leave.
