You can’t seek asylum from poverty due to laziness. 99.9% of these people are economic migrants, not genuine asylum seekers.

Send them all back. DNA records them and ban them and their relatives from entering for 4 generations, even on “holidays”.

This consequence will separate the wheat from the chaff.
