If I was there I would have said the same things as this lady only louder and more. I have lived in Texas for 56 yrs. I have endured this man posing as a senator (especially from TEXAS) for what seems like forever. We protested him en mass at a Tea Party rally on the south side of Capitol. He thought he was going to get in front of us and smooz us with political double speak. In a completely unscripted reaction about half us started booing, then almost eveybody chimed in. You could not here him speak, even though there was completely adequate PA system, as we were so loud. He has pushed, not just supported Patriot Act, NDAA, (and it's renewals last i checked), quiet as mouse if not subtlety supporting ObummerCare, an ULTRA kickback oriented drug plan that he really went to bat for that thankfully did not pass, and way more. The gist of it is..he is all in if it costs us money or rights. He is conspicuously absent if it supports our rights. I have perceived that he will oppose a bill that is bad if it wins without him. He will support a bill that supports us but is known to be dead in the water. That way he can say "Well, we gave it our best shot to telling Washington that blah, blah,blah needs to happen"
I have already called and emailed Ted Cruz, our other senator, and said I do not want hear any of this well we are both from Texas biz. Said we need a SML that will agree to recess appointments to expedite the transition to the new team. Well that's my two cents Prayerful in Texas
