Wow. Seriously???? Here is the deference. The police deal with situations one on one. Crime typically does not happen without th potential to wipe out Literally EVERY life and liberty of an entire society. Note I said you must act with honor in the situation your led to. The morality of the justness of the war is on those who caused it. If we have fought dirty wars trying to shove that off on those who signed up to defend liberty is disgusting. Do you really want our military to wait and see if a threat is moral or do you want to give that weight to leaders who in theory we get to make accountable? No One hates war more than a solider

FYI I also support law enforcement. Just because some are not honorable doesn’t mean that most aren’t.
