It scrapes the post number directly from Truth Social.

Example:

This shows up on qagg.news as "Truth Social: 113465627377894593"

So, in conclusion, someone on the team forced it to be that post number: 171717

It turns out that qagg only scrapes Trump's Truth Social every 30 minutes (I don't think it's an RSS feed). Because Trump's "#" truth was deleted prior to being scraped, the post number was lost/unknown. So the qagg creator had to manually enter this truth into his archive, and so entered "171717" as a placeholder type of thing as he didn't know the true number. It's not accurate that Trump/Scavino or someone in control did this as some kind of proof.
