Bully? I prefer to think of it as democracy in action. Senators like this are totally complacent and think they answer to no one and they are wrong. It is not bullying to tell your employee the service you expect. Every senator that does not vote for Scott needs to be identified and targeted in primaries.
They all need to understand who is really in charge.
