I got an invite to a RFK / TRUMP victory celebration party from someone in my old anti-vax group back when I used to live in the exact epicenter of liberal woke tardness, so I went. I quickly realized that most of the antivax people in these areas went for RFK Jr and came to Trump at that famous moment when Bobbie came to the Trump rally. There were people who noted that THAT MOMENT was a very special moment & it was.
Some of the people there, were following RFK for a lot longer than his presidential run. One person was behind his antivax work for close to 2 decades, which started from problems in her personal life around vaccines. Another because of childhood diseases, that her son had for at least as long & RFK was really the only voice who answered her concerns, etc etc. Everyone there had a very strong sense that: "Bobbie won't let us down." They admire him because he believes in doing the right thing despite family. One person said his wife threatened to leave when he endorsed Trump, but that Bobbie will continue to do the right thing, regardless. They just know that Bobbie will do the right thing.
One person said they were still going to vote for RFK because they were not in a swing state until RFK told everyone to vote for Trump regardless. If Bobbie says it, they know it's right. Another person there admitted that they were still suffering from TDS, even just last August but now they are behind Trump 300%.
Pureblood here and damn proud of it. Went through many years of family infighting and work discrimination because of my stance against vaxx, but would not have changed anything.
If they wanted Bobbie to get a shot then voting trump was the only way.
Rfks agenda as good as it is would never get me to vote for him as president. It's too narrow and his passion is a small part of a ginormous agenda that has to happen. An agenda that RFk could never manage as.presidient.
Yeah but it's a great addition to Trump
Great story.
