Yeah, back when the USSR crumbled under Reagan, it should have evaporated. Instead it has been fed with our tax dollars since the 80's.

Elon musk was probably 10 years old back then and knew it even then. Born in the wrong time. Well, I hope he makes up for it and shuts the whole money laundering scheme (aka the federal govmnt) down.
