You need to make this legit.

For example, Build the wall should summon a 0/9 creature that has protection from Mexicans, Chinese and Venezuelans and has Tap: Target player pays 10 Colorless, or else all his creatures are returned to his hand.

MAGA should give player controlling player +20 life and +50 any color mana of any combination.

Etc.
