His family conned the U.S. government (and most others) into giving him the ability to be the sole printer of U.S. dollars. Now when the U.S. needs money it has to borrow from him. They also have an interest in the country running up crazy deficits. All the interest payments go to them. They then use that money to purchase the media and key industry players, which they then use to push their agenda.

There’s an alternate reality where the U.S. issues its own currency and doesn’t have debt, recessions, or spiralling inflation. And people who are willing to work are able to build stable and prosperous lives for themselves.
