President Trump can adjourn Congress in certain situations so that they cannot approve of the appointments. Trump can then use recess appointments to get around this.

I love this, but there better be a hell of a plan in place to expedite the the draining process. The Dems will not hesitate to do this too if they steal the next election. Im sure we won’t be happy with their installed cabinet.
