So if your machines suffer damage, Bill Gates can be held liable. Especially if you did not sign a TOS to be upgraded against your will.

It's amazing how fast Ubuntu is. No bloatware, and it doesn't go out on the web with every click of the mouse.

And with Windows, only God knows what it's doing behind the scenes...
