Careful here. There is the Smith-Mundt that could/would ideally be overturned. Smithmont is what allows the media to lie to American citizens via Obama. I think that podcasters and influencers and Independent Media need to be kept clear from mainstream media National media those that need to be beholden to an oath.

What I don't want to happen is podcasters etc etc being liable for "misinformation disinformation" opponent opinions whereas I do want National media news to be liable for misinformation lies and to blatantly State when they are saying opinion rather than fact. For example, Trump is a fascist is an opinion it is not fact where it's making people think that it's fact because it's on the news
