I always wondered about that. I believe all such public announcements are based on the most likely scenario of black hats losing complete power. The white hats had been hatching the plans for years now and everything in place to execute. The same way the whole covid scamdemic plan was hatched by the black hats years in advance (even a decade) and white hats could not stop it.
