Raw milk has enzymes to help the human body digest lactose. We kill those enzymes with pasteurization.
There might be more than digestion.
I just find that fact interesting considering all the people that are lactose intolerant.
I get it, but I feel it runs much deeper than that. There are antibodies in milk from every animal.
