Simone Gold is both a doctor and lawyer. She would be a good choice for RFK, Jr. to add to his department heads under HHS.

He should nominate Dr. Peter McCullough as head of FDA, Dr. Paul Marik. as head of NIH, Dr. Simone Gold as head of CDC and put Dr. Pierre Kory as the head of a new investigational committee in charge of reviewing all drugs currently approved including vaccines for safety and efficacy and whether any can re-purposed for other uses.
