I haven't watched this clip yet, but I am guessing from the blurry thumbnail this is him walking the reporter around snitching on his republican colleagues... they gotta be shaking right now- he even told them how they were doing insider trading and the gov is turning a blind eye.. I seen this so many times and I have it bookmarked... Rep Rutherford and Rep Guest.. again these are ethics committee people.. using trading when they have insider info.. NANCY PELOSI.. I think this is the video, but watching now to confirm- Yeppers it is the video I thought it was!! I have it double bookmarked..
