Stir the crap out of it on high until it starts popping. Cover. The trick is knowing when to remove from heat --- 5 or 10 seconds between pops.

I have popped in a big pot with coconut oil --- with sugar added. Gives that kettle-corn taste.
Light Olive oil for me… this looks like a popcorn weekend coming up! I might try the coconut oil and sugar for a change.

I'll have to try it ------ coconut oil has a natural buttery favor and a high enough flash point for popcorn.
