Donald Trump’s popular vote total has fallen below 50 percent, and his margin over Kamala Harris has narrowed considerably as all the votes are counted.

When you consider there is NO WAY Commiela got anywhere near 70 million actual votes, I'd say it was a decisive victory. They have millions of fraudulent votes, just not as many as last time.
