Have seen the footages where a unconscious woman was repeatedly struck in the head by a female officer. First head strikes are not authorized. Second unconscious people are not resisting. The woman died and the officer was cleared by their version of internal affairs. . I have news for them. The female officer and investigators need to be charged with felonies.
