Went to SEC sight of NJ....they say everything is in. Can't find out why NBC News has these results. Seemingly upwards 17% left in some counties.

Burlington and Camden counties (South of Trenton) are basically Philadelphia. The others (North of Trenton) are pretty much NYC. Notice the pattern it is the Philadelphia to NYC corridor. I do however agree. I am not 100% convinced she won the state.
