I got the news from Mercola. He's been ranting about it for a while. Anything that leads to serotonin production is bad news. But I used to believe the same thing.

My dad had Parkinson’s for over 20 years. They always told us it was because his body didn’t make/recognize serotonin and dopamine. And supplemented it mainly with meds.

Interesting. I definitely don't have a medical background. I know the mainstream science pushes it but many like Mercola and Ray Peat before that have been warning against it.
