Deals like this would normally include data, IP, infrastructure, equipment and real estate.

Damaging any of it intentionally would be a criminal act. Deleting data is easily proven. I would say an organisation like them would have multiple backups and archives, so of which would be off site.

Would they risk a deal being called after due to this? Would an employee risk it? I don’t know to be honest.
