Why have any tax espescially when it's unconstitutional? This isnt returning to rule of law. As long as we don't fix this we fix nothing.

Tax on corporate gains is considered constitutional, as the owner of said company is producing goods and profiting off it. Labor income however, is not.

“Corporate Gains” being, specifically, gains from sale of stock, not company profits.
