Military and ICE should start with Colorado and North Dakota. 2/3rds of both states are unlivable, so illegal immigrants have nowhere to run. Isolate Utah next and the few areas in Nebraska.

Push the illegals into their "New Mexico Sanctuary".

Next, clean out Chicago and Minnesota. Separate them to East and West coasts. Now, push Northward from North Carolina until you reach New York.

Divide and deport.
