On Saturday, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a bill into law that prohibits the adoption of Russian children by citizens of countries where gender transition surgery is legal.

Well, that's what the media likes us to believe. But its actually a very tiny percentage of the whole world, the dark cabal who presumably controls the world, since people believe they do.
