My only concern is that what if the program could be armed against President Trump?

I wouldn't worry too much into that. The dog is a surveillance system with alarms. If anything it would sound the alarm that Trump is near if it was armed against him.

Also these systems need to be hardwired if you're going to "hack the code" as top of the line security systems are hardened.

I bet this was a gift from Elon.
