So just when we enter into the eye, we must fall over the precipice and into the abyss before we come out the other side?
The eye is usually more relatively calm.
So I hear, but Praise the Lord I've never been anywhere near a hurricane.
When I was a lad (10), my family was traveling by ocean liner over some of the big oceans. On one stretch, we were on the edge of a hurricane. The ship would lurch from side to side, so that tables, chairs, etc, slid across the dance floor in the ballroom. It was an intense experience, being at see and the ship being rocked extremely from side to side. One doesn't forget such experiences easily....
My Lord, I'm glad I wasn't on there. And happy you made it through it. The closest I've been to a ship or boat is the Missouri Queen Riverboat and a Ferry Boat. That's it for me. And thank God, still no hurricanes.
I should have looked up the dates first. Thanks.
Hehe.
Yeah, I personally feel like the Biden years was the eye of the storm. The rough stuff is the part between the outer edge and the inner edge. The eye is relatively quieter. If we are now leaving the eye, we're encountering the rough stuff again, and its going to get bumpy.
I guess that's how I envision the analogy of the storm.
I'd say you analyzed it pretty well. We can shake the hail, rain, debris and all this crud off our backs once we land back on solid ground. Amen.
