Are they planning a false flag event in London?

Very nearly all of London's Webcams went dark in early September. Why?

All the sites seem to link webcams from s3 bucket related to Transport for London subdomain is reports HTTP 404 file missing.

If you try to connect to http://jamcams.tfl.gov.uk/ it's marked as insecure.(http) and gives the following error

digging into the TFL api system it's been offline since sept.

They say cyber incident: https://tfl.gov.uk/campaign/cyber-security-incident but it's government so they probably sacked Dave for been too old and white and he was holding the spaghetti together
