Vitamin D sourced from a simple 100g tin of either Mackerel, Sardines or Salmon will meet daily DV requirements. 2-3 times a week is plenty enough to keep you in good standing from deficiency.
Because D requirements were erroneously set to 400iu/day when they were understated by at least a factor of 10, getting enough D from food alone is near impossible.
