My understanding is that they admitted this OUTSIDE of court. Not in court as the OP's heading suggests.

I tried finding the letter RFK alluded to. He said it was available on the CHD website but I couldn't find it. Maybe I didn't look hard enough, but it shouldn't be buried if he's inviting people to go read it.
