The irony is the Women can still get abortions it's just they'll have to pay for it, not a government handout on tax payers backs.

Not sure that's true. I believe in more than one state it's banned outright or banned after some number of weeks. Therefore in those states you probably can't find a doctor/clinic to perform an abortion, whether you're willing to pay for it or not.
