I don't know what the hell you are talking about. The Big Nutjob ended it all for everyone and everything. Then Noah became Mr. Zoology and cared for all the creatures on the planet and replenished all life.
"And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth."
I would challenge you to a battle of wits but sadly you are unarmed. “The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through “ The humans could not be the end of all flesh for they WERE flesh. As in Jesus was God made flesh. Jesus was God made human. So then who would he be talking about? The Nephilim obviously. They were not human. The humans who gave birth to them would not or could not be allowed to continue making more additionally the practices the fallen had taught them would prevent them from being fruitful and multiplying. Child sacrifice is a real hard on population in addition to being abhorrent. So God destroyed this end to humanity with floods- specifically rain which is the climate cycle of the Earth. You LITERALLY made my point in your quote. Maybe if you were actually attempting an intellectual discussion instead of trying to be condescending we could have had a longer debate. God isn’t a nut job. God isn’t having a bad day and throwing out all of an entire section of creation because he is frustrated. These are HUMAN responses. The flood was a reasoned response to unreasonable choices by those he created which caused a tipping point in humanity. It was a course correction and you just gave sauce to that with your quote. Thanks you
Yay, it's the typical disdain coupled with the usual nonsense. End of all flesh obviously means he is about to end all life on the planet. Very loving. So infallibly perfect he was like "Do-over!!!"
If you typically meet with disdain is it possible that you are the issue? You clearly decided long ago my belief is nonsense so your purpose for this conversation isn’t debate or discussion. I clearly laid out that flesh referred to humanity specifically not all life. You’re not even acknowledging my points so this isn’t a discussion. You just want to have a soapbox.
It's possible. I think people throwing doubt into the trash is the problem.
I think you should check your source before running your mouth about me:
And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die.
