In addition to some of the other amazing suggestions I think a testing option for credit should be mandatory. Yes there is Clep but I mean more as a skill assessment for equivalent degree. You ranking would based on skills to and that certification must be recognized if this is to work. This would incentivize universities to compete based on skills provided. This also removes the brainwashing effect in various industries. In truth I think most industries would welcome this.Many of us have had to clean up after the highly educated ,letters after their name, set couldn’t perform in real situations. This might also lower university cost as well as provide a pathway with minimum expense.
