Well then there’ll just have to be other charges. But for the two, the tax and the gun charges that’s bullshit. How can he be cognitively ok for this but not for his own classified docs allegations.

This seems like the time when failing to charge him for all the other shit (money laundering, bribery, foreign corruption practices, or even treason) comes back to bite them.

All Biden can pardon him for is the unconstitutional gun law...
