Biden also has Immunity. But, they would have to testify. However, Hunter needs to only answer that he isn't sure because of the drugs and Joe due to his age. No one gets convicted of anything. However, Hunter can only be pardoned for federal crimes. Find state crimes or local crimes. Joe is sitting pretty unless Russia or another country grabs him for international crimes - so Joe won't travel.
