I mean, if Bribeden stole the election and is an illegitimate president, is his pardon valid?

And what if Ukraine decided to arrest Hunter and Joe? Would they be extradited?

Not an Issue - (whether I like it or not is immaterial)
A President can issue a pardon for convictions, This is constitutionally given.

Issues - Open ended check, for any and all crimes that occurred, or may have occurred in the last 10 years.

What if they find the corpses of 'x' children hidden on Hunter's property?
