I mean, if Bribeden stole the election and is an illegitimate president, is his pardon valid?

And what if Ukraine decided to arrest Hunter and Joe? Would they be extradited?

It is said that Xiden's pardon of Hunter keeps Xiden from being charged. If the thesis in this thread is Xiden doesn't have the power to pardon then the only question is who benefits from the Xiden's not being charged/sentence?
