Hmm while I agree with his logic after the Hunter pardon I’m sure he was just joking on that last part as SCOTUS has already ruled future pardons are not allowed. See my other post: https://greatawakening.win/p/199hzUrg2v/scotus-has-ruled-blanket-pardons/
