Trump is the leader of the Republican Party.

Any Senator that does not vote for his cabinet picks should have all RNC funds withheld and should not have RNC backing in the next election cycle.

The Senate majority leader should also strip all committee appointments from any Senator that does not vote to confirm any picks.
