Think if Hunter deliberately left his laptop for repair, flipped to WH's and all the ramifications of his "Father" pardoning him, can he testify without fear of more charges, disclosures in testimony...so many layers to this onion.

Matt is opening the door for discussion in the same manner as Q, even though he might not be at liberty to disclose at this time.
