No it’s not. But in the Fallout cannon before the nuclear war, China invaded Alaska for its last bit of oil that was available in the world, and America would annex Canada as a response and pushed China out of Alaska, only for less than a month later for the nukes to start flying and destroy the world in just 2 hours.
